Standard Deviation for the Normalized Expression

Rescaling this value is accomplished by dividing the standard deviation of the normalized
expression by the normalized expression value for the highest or lowest expresser depending on
which scaling option you choose.

When a control is assigned you need not perform this rescaling function on the standard
