The Time encoder works with the Timing Filter, making scaled adjustments to timing values. If Fan is turned on, the
timing will be fanned out across the selected channels. (This is good for ripple effects.)

The Delay encoder also works with the Timing Filter, making scaled adjustments to delay values. If Fan is turned on,
the delay will be fanned out across the selected channels. (This is good for ripple effects.)
