Device Maintenance Information – Memo

This is a memo that the user can freely write to the device when inspecting devices for instance.

Multiple memos can be defined for a device.

Device Maintenance Information – Document Link

Information regarding links to files in the PC or URLs can be defined. Information regarding links

to device manuals or related URLs can be defined and called.
Up to 100 document links can be defined for one device.

Device Maintenance Information – History

The History of a device that has been registered.

Device Maintenance Information – Device Parameter

Properties and values of device parameters. Displays the list of device parameters saved in

Parameter Manager.

Device Maintenance Information – DTM Saved Information

It maintains the configuration information of device parameters and device DTMs. Displays the

list of DTM data saved in DTM Works.

Device Maintenance Information Identifier

The identifier that specifies device maintenance information is the Device ID (an item of the

device information (Basic Information) of the device maintenance information). A Device ID is an

ID that specifies each device. For PROFIBUS and BRAIN devices, set a unique ID to Device ID

to manage the device information.

Device Maintenance Information Flags

The following two flags can be set for device maintenance information. Both flags have two

values, ON/OFF, and the state of both flags can be recognized graphically by Device Navigator.
1. Device Flag

A flag that can set ON/OFF for a device.

2. Memo Flag (Sticker Note)

A flag that can set ON/OFF for each maintenance memo.

A summary of the memo flags of each maintenance memo can be displayed as the

summary memo flag for the device.

In other words, when there is at least one memo flag that is ON, the summary memo flag of

the device also turns ON.
