Deleting, Importing, and Exporting Device Maintenance Information

The device maintenance information can be deleted, imported, and exported in Device Navigator.

Also, these operations cannot be performed in DTM Works.

Loading DTM Data in Device Maintenance Info (FDT Project ← Device

Maintenance Info)

You can also select the device DTM registered to the database and load it using Load from

Database.

Saving and Loading DTM Data in Device Maintenance Info to and from File

You can select the device DTM and output the DTM data to a file using Save to File. You can also

load that file by selecting the device DTM and using Load from File.
These operations can also be performed although the device DTM is not registered to Device

Maintenance Info.

According to the specifications defined by the FDT Group, DTM and DTM Works (an application

program) are compatible as follows.

Based on the relation above, you must follow the procedure below when creating an FDT project.

Creating a New FDT Project

Designate a version of .NET Framework to use for creating a new project.
This designation applies to all settings of FieldMate.
