 Menu
The following table describes the menus in the menu bar of the main window. The items indicated
with (*) in the table show the default value immediately after installation. If any change is made,
the configuration is retained.

File
Export History Exports history to an external file.
Exit Exits FieldMate.
View
Status Bar Selects whether to show or hide the status bar. (* Default: show)
Update Updates the information that is displayed in the window.
Scan Device Cancel Stops the search of further address.
Init Current View
Column
Initialize the alignment of parameter items on ISA100 (Gateway) and
HART (Adaptor) in Segment Viewer.
Clear Current View Clear the device of ISA100 (Gateway) and HART (Adaptor) in
Segment Viewer.
Search Simple
Search
Search the device of ISA100 (Gateway) and HART (Adaptor) in
Segment Viewer.
Multi
Condition
Search
Size Large Sets the size of the icons and text in the Segment Viewer to Large.
Medium (*) Sets the size of the icons and text in the Segment Viewer to Medium.
Small Sets the size of the icons and text in the Segment Viewer to Small.
Layout Detail (*) Displays details in the Segment Viewer window.
Icon Displays only icons in the Segment Viewer window.
Device List by Addresses

Displays devices in device address order in the Segment Viewer
window.
by Tags Displays devices in device tag order in the Segment Viewer window.
Address Format Decimal (*) Displays device addresses as decimal numbers in the Segment Viewer
window.
Hexadecimal Displays device addresses as hexadecimal numbers in the Segment
Viewer window.
Action
Device Viewer… Starts the Device Viewer window.
This window enables you to confirm the current detailed operation
status of a device.
Device Setup Starts Built-in DTM or the DTM Works or Parameter Manager window.
Assigned DTM... Starts the DTM assigned to the device in the DTM Works window.
Select DTM... Displays the Device DTM Selection dialog box and starts the selected
device DTM in the DTM Works window.
Parameter Manager... Starts the Parameter Manager window.
DD Menu... Starts the DD Menu window.
Tag/Address
Assignment
Starts the Tag/Address Assignment window. This window enables you
to set device tags/addresses.
Device Class Setting Calls up the Device Class Setting window.
This window enables you to set a device class (LM or Basic).
Device Information Calls up the Device Information window.
This window enables you to view information about the selected
device.
Device Files Setup for
this device…
Calls up the Device Files Setup window.
This window enables you to set up device-related files (DD, DTM,
device icons) for the selected device.
