This function enables you to configure settings related to user management.
 Startup
Start this function from User Manager of the Tool menu of the main window.
After a new user is assigned, subsegment login as the following users require the initial
password.
Administrator user: User ID = Administrator, the case sensitive password = FieldMate
Default user: User ID = DefaultUser, the case sensitive password = FieldMate
