Executes user registration processes.

Checks version information and such.

Device Viewer… Starts the Device Viewer window.
Checks the operation status of the device in detail.
Device Setup Starts the Built-in DTM or the DTM Works or the Parameter Manager
window.
Assigned DTM... Starts the DTM assigned to the device in the DTM Works window.
Select DTM... Displays the Device DTM Selection dialog box and starts the selected
device DTM in the DTM Works window.
Parameter Manager... Starts the Parameter Manager window.
DD Menu... Starts the DD Menu window.
Verification Tool... Starts the AXF Verification Tool.
Open Device Maintenance Info… Starts the device maintenance information window.
Registers the device if it is not registered.
Register Device Maintenance Info… Creates device maintenance information based on connected device
information.
Tag/Address Assignment… Starts the Tag/Address Assignment window.
Sets tag/address of the device.
