OUT:
Phone number of the modem where the output shall be set. If <data1>, is
empty the transfer will be to the local digital output.
CMD:
AT command string to be executed when the entry is trigged, can be used
to modify the trigger condition
TRANS:
Phone number of the modem to which the transparent I/O should occur.
