CLI - This example sets the rate limit for input and output traffic passing
through port 1 to 64 Kbps.
Configuring the Rate Limit for a VLAN Port Member
Web - Click Port, Rate Limit, Input VLAN Configuration. Select the port,
and the VLAN to which the port belongs. Set the input rate limit for the
selected interface, and then click Add.
