Controller, Network, and Device Configuration Without the DMAT Wizard

The Select Module dialog box opens.

Expand the Motion category and select your CIP Motion module as appropriate for your actual hardware
configuration.

For the Widg-O-matic example, the 2094-EN02D-M01-S1 control module is selected for both axes of the
X-Y Gantry.

Click OK.

The New Module dialog box
opens.

Configure the new control
module.

a. Type the module Name.

b. Select an Ethernet Address

option.
In this example, the Private
Network address is selected.

c. Enter the address of your

EtherNet/IP module.

For the Widg-O-matic application example, the last octet of the IP address is given in this table. The
value you enter here must match the base node address of the Kinetix 6500 IAM power module,

Click Change in the Module Definition area.
