Press F10, to access the Line Module Parameters screen is displayed. Program the
listed parameters as follows.
Line Module Type:
9000
Firmware Version:
must match the firmware version on the Global
Parameters screen.

Press F10.
Downloading the Specific Task Software
Repeat this procedure for each line module.

Press Shift+F10 to access the Network Controller Software Upgrade Menu screen.

Configure the listed parameters as follows:
Configuration number:
(the same number as created in step 2)
Line Module:
1 to 3 in the 6400, 1 to 8 in the 6800
Upgrade File name:
_________. INI (The INI file must be in the same
subdirectory as ICP.EXE)

Press F10. The display shows:
Number of Tasks:01
Sending task: __________.HEX
BLOCK ___ OF ___ SENT
Press RETURN to continue

Wait until LED 1 starts blinking.

Set each 9000 card back to Run mode and the thumbwheels to 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Remove and apply power to the chassis.

Repeat this procedure for each 9000 card.
