D-Bit

Support

The D-Bit is a delivery confirmation flag. When connecting through a network
(PDN), the D-bit requests a packet acknowledgment from the remote DTE instead
of the network. When set to Y, the TXPORT unit turns on the D-bit in the last data
packet of a message. This indicates to the TXPORT unit that the message has
actually been delivered. Not all PDNs support this feature. If it is supported,
TXPORT recommends using it. The selections are Y and N.

value of 128 causes a sequence of 0 to 127. The selections are 8 and 128.

PVC

Window

The window parameter specifies the maximum number of unacknowledged packets
possible for any individual permanent virtual circuit (PVC). The selections are 1 to
7 if the PVC Modulo is 8, 2 and 1 to 127 if the PVC Modulo is 128, 2.

Number

of PVC
