Device Inoperational Timer
This parameter specifies the inactivity timer, in seconds, on a port. If the port does
not receive a frame for any Device on the port for more than this timeout period,
the link is considered down.

The selections are decimal 1 to 255, 15.
Postpone Timer
The postpone timer, in seconds, indicates the delay a receiving channel waits
before issuing a Receiver Ready (RR) message in case a data message becomes
available to carry the acknowledgment of the received data message (this parameter
is a special control; it is not part of standard LAPB).
A value of zero disables the function and an RR message is sent on receipt of each
data frame. The selections are decimal 0 to 255, 1.
Keep Message
This parameter specifies to keep the message even if the logical connection is lost
between two Devices (this parameter is a special control; it is not part of standard LAPB).
The selections are Y (yes) and N (no).
