3.2.2 Installing the NCC-002 Firmware
The following steps are for the installation of the NCC-002 Controller FLASH Utility onto a Windows-
based PC. This utility is used to flash updated embedded firmware to the controller itself. It is vital that
this utility be used because the NCC-002 controller can only interact with the computer interface if the
controller's major software build number matches that of the NCC-002 PC program.
After extracting the NCC Firmware update from the LPE-supplied media or downloading the firmware from the
LPE website, double-click on the "NCC Update" icon
The welcome screen for the NCC Controller FLASH Utility Setup Wizard should appear at this time. Click the
"Next" button to continue on to installation. Click the "Cancel" button to abort the installation.
