To update the Controller's firmware, click on the "Update NCC" in the menu bar and click on "Update NCC Flash

Before the firmware installation can begin, the "Update Software" option found in the Global Menu must be
selected on the Controller in order for the installation can continue. An error message will appear if the
controller is not in update mode.
