5. Next, have your assistant physically hold the throttle body butterfly valve completely open.
6. With the gas pedal completely depressed, press the "SET MAX" button.

For a vehicle equipped with a mechanical throttle body:
1. With the key in the ignition, turn the key to the ON position, but DO NOT start the vehicle.
2. With the gas pedal completely released, press the "SET MIN" button.
3. With the gas pedal completely depressed, press the "SET MAX" button.

Manually Set Closed Throttle TPS Voltage

This setting allows the user to manually select the voltage with the Throttle Position Sensor in the closed
position.

The Valid Range is 0.00 to 5.00 volts in 0.01 volt increments.

Access from the Controller:
From the

Main screen

, press the “SETUP” button. Press the “DOWN” arrow button repeatedly until the TPS

Setup Menu selection is highlighted, and then press the “ENTER” button. Press the down arrow until the
"Manual Set Min Volts" selection is highlighted and then press the "ENTER" button. Use the “LEFT” and
”RIGHT” arrow buttons adjust the setting. Press the “SAVE” button to accept the new setting or press the “ESC”
button to exit with no change.

Access from the Computer Program:
From the

Status screen

, press the "Setup" button. The "Closed Throttle Voltage" setting is found in the "TPS

Input Setup" dialog box under the "TPS Input" Tab. Click the "UP" and "DOWN" arrow buttons or type in any
numeric value in the valid ranges shown above.

Manually Set Maximum Wide Open Throttle TPS Voltage

This setting allows the user to manually select the voltage with the Throttle Position Sensor in the wide open
position.
