Nitrous Menus: Nitrous1 (N2O-1) and Nitrous2 (N2O-2)

The following options and settings can be found in either the Nitrous1 (N2O-1) or Nitrous2 (N2O-2) menus. The
Nitrous1 menu holds the options and settings for the first stage of nitrous while the Nitrous2 menu holds the
options and settings for the second stage. For the sake of simplicity, the illustrations in this chapter will show
only the Nitrous1 menu, but note that the Nitrous1 and Nitrous2 menus have the exact same options and
settings—they just control different nitrous stages.

6.1

Nitrous Delay

This setting determines the amount of delay before the respective nitrous stage begins after being activated.
The delay applies to the entire stage, which includes nitrous and fuel. A

Fuel Advance

can also be used so that

the fuel may be started before the nitrous if desired.

The Valid Range is 0.000 to 9.990 seconds in .001 second increments.

Access from the Controller:
From the Main screen press the “NITROUS” button, and then press the “ENTER” button. Using the “LEFT” and
”RIGHT” arrow buttons adjust the setting. Press the “SAVE” button to accept the new setting or press the “ESC”
button to exit with no change.

Access from the Computer Program:
From the

Status screen

, select the stage by pressing either the "Nitrous1" button or the "Nitrous2" button. The

Nitrous Delay Setting is found in the "Nitrous Stage Delay" dialog box under the "Options" tab. Click the "UP"
button, "DOWN" button, or enter a numerical value up to 9.990 to set the nitrous delay.
