Introduction

LPE recommends the use of resistor type spark plugs and RFI (radio frequency interference) and EMI
(electromagnetic interference) suppression spark plug wires on all EFI engines, as well as any vehicle
that has electronic control modules on board (including the NCC-002). Failure to do so may result in
erratic operation of not just the NCC-002, but all electrical control modules in the vehicle.

Nitrous solenoids are capable of drawing massive amounts of current, which can allow the NCC-002
to see too much current and to possibly overheat. The NCC-002 controller is rated to withstand a
maximum, non-sustained current draw of 30 amps per solenoid channel or a maximum, non-
sustained current draw of 60 amps for all four solenoid channels combined. The NCC-002 is not
designed for continuous current draw at any amperage. For higher current applications, LPE
recommends using relays so that the controller does not see too much current.

Limited Warranty

LPE warrants the Lingenfelter NCC-002 Nitrous Control Center to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and if properly installed for a period of 180 days from date of purchase.
If the controller is found to be defective as mentioned above, it will be replaced or repaired if returned
prepaid along with proof of date of purchase. This shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and
the sole liability of LPE. To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other
warranties or representations whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness. In no event shall LPE be liable for special or consequential damages.
