E.14 Why is the conductivity high?

Possible reasons for high conductivity include:

The suppressor is not on. Turn on the suppressor from the Chromeleon
Control panel or the ICS-2100 touch screen

The suppressor needs regeneration. See the suppressor manual for
troubleshooting information. The suppressor manual is included on the
Dionex Reference Library CD-ROM (P/N 053891).

The cell is out of calibration. See
