■ Make sure that the leading edge of the roll media is
straight (the angles on the corners of the leading
edge should be 90˚). If it is not, follow these steps:
1 Open the paper roll cover.
2 Lift the latch on the top cover (make sure that you
leave the cover closed).
3 Insert the roll media under the top cover. Align the
media with the guide on the printer to make sure
that it is inserted evenly.
4 Lower the top cover latch to secure the media.
