Remarks Normally, the operator has permission to write these values, but PROGRAM or
LOCAL remove that permission and grant it to a supervisory computer or a
local control panel.
This block has a mixture of storage types. Static for modes Normal and Permit-
ted, Non-Volatile for Target mode, and Dynamic for Actual mode.
The data type consists of bit strings for Actual, Target Permitted and Normal
modes. It uses the following four elements.

• Normal
