5. Select the file with the extension .ffo and click Open.
You see:
6. Click OK to import the DD.
You will receive a message telling you the copy succeeded.
7. Repeat the process to import the DDs for all the other
Foundation Fieldbus devices attached to the 1788-CN2FF.
8. When you have copied all the DDs, click OK again to close the
DD Info window.
9. Click OK to close the Interface Config utility.
TIP
If you get a message that says: Can Not Import
that DD, there is a good chance that the DD has
already been installed on your system. Go on,
and don't worry for now.
IMPORTANT
You must have a DD for every device or you will not
be able to configure that device.
TIP
If you have just installed the 1788-FFCT software,
you will be asked if you want to restart your
computer now.
