Description:
Set or return the horizontal time span of the display. Time span = 10* Time/Division.
Syntax:
DISPlay:TSPAN <n>
Argument:
<n> = 5e-8 to 100 sec in a 1-2-5 sequence,
300 sec,
10 to 100 min,
300 min and 600 min
Valid Modes:
Modulated and Pulse modes
