TRACe:SEND

Description:

Send the trace data for the source selected by TRACe:SOURce to the file specified by the
argument string. The string must contain the entire path, a filename without an extension, and be
enclosed in quotes. The application will append the .TXT extension automatically. The data
delimiter is set by TRAce:DELImiter. If a folder specified in the path does not exist, the error
―Folder Not Found‖ will be set. If the file already exists, it can only be overwritten if the
command MEMory:OVERwrite ON has been issued; otherwise, the ―File Already Exists‖ error
message will be set.

Syntax:

TRACe:SEND <asc>

Argument:

<asc> = ―<drive>:\<path>\<filename>‖ e.g. ―C:\4500B\usr\dat\trace01‖

Note: The internal hard drive is always C: The operating system will assign D:, E:, etc. to USB
drives and other external drives.

Valid Modes:

All

TRACe:SOURce

Description:

Set or return the source of a trace array or histogram array (Statistical mode only).

Syntax:

TRACe:SOURce <asc>

Argument:

<asc> = CH1, CH2, TRIG1, TRIG2, CHM, MEM1, MEM2, CAL1, CAL2, HIST1, HIST2
