TRIGger:STATistical:GATE

Description:

Set or return the marker locations in time relative to the trigger that define the time gate for gated
statistical measurements. These two gate markers function in the same manner as time markers in
the Pulse mode. See MARKer:POSItion[1|2]:TIMe <n> for more information.

Syntax:

TRIGger:STATistical:GATE[1|2] <n>

Argument:

<n> = display-time in seconds (see restrictions)

Valid Modes:

Gated Statistical mode

Restrictions:

For zero delay trigger position in the center of the display , the following relationship must be
satisfied: TrigDly - (5*time/div) < GateTime < TrigDly + (5*time/div) where the timebase
setting is time/div

TRIGger:STATistical:GATIng

Description:

Set or return the type of statistical gating to be used. Set the gating to ―Off‖ if no gating is needed.
This will result in continuous sampling of data to build the histogram. Set the gating to ―On‖ to
accept only samples that fall within the gate defined by the Gate1 and Gate 2 markers.

Syntax:

TRIGger:STATistical:GATIng <asc>

Argument:

<asc> = {ON, OFF}

Valid Modes:

Statistical mode
