ON-STBY switch. In STBY (Standby) mode, amber LED is on and internal 1
GHz calibrator remains powered (not operable) to enhance accuracy and
stability; other modules are off. In ON mode, green LED is on and all modules
are powered and operable. From ON mode, press once to go to Standby. To
force the Standby condition, hold down for at least 3 seconds.
