When the range is set to a low setting, there may not be any items
selectable to display. When there are no objects displayed within the
selectable view, the message No selectable items within view is
displayed, as shown in Figure 6--26. Changing the range to a larger
scale usually displays objects into the view. Panning to an area that has
objects using the same range may also display objects.
