Pushing the HOLD bezel softkey displays ADD and BACK bezel
softkey labels, as shown in Figure 15--85.

Add a Hold
When the ADD bezel softkey is pushed, the Modify Parameters
window, shown in Figure 15--86, is displayed. When a hold is not
published at the selected waypoint, the inbound course defaults to the
flight plan course leading to the waypoint.
