Alternatively, the pilot can choose to graphically edit the flight plan

between two existing waypoints. To do this, the pilot uses the

touchscreen to touch the line connecting the two existing waypoints on

the NAV MAP. When selected, a dashed cyan line extends from the two

existing waypoints on the NAV MAP, as shown in Figure 15--48.

The pilot can select the desired location or navigation waypoint on the

NAV MAP for insertion. When the location is found on the NAV MAP,

pushing the

INS

bezel softkey inserts the waypoint between the two

existing waypoints, as shown in Figure 15--49.
