Line Rate Configuration Procedure
Follow these steps to configure line rate:

Enter either view.
For Ethernet interface view, the

Limit the outbound rate of GigabitEthernet 0/0/1 to 640 kbps.
# Enter system view
<Sysname> system-view
# Enter interface view
[Sysname] interface GigabitEthernet 0/0/1
# Configure line rate parameter and limit the outbound rate to 640 kbps
[Sysname-GigabitEthernet0/0/1] qos lr outbound cir 640
