USR,TXT: Entering text for User Message Type “TXT”
Function: This function is used to enter the text that will be inserted
into the “TXT” user message, as defined through
$PASHS,NME (command run with s1= USR) and
$PASHS,USR,TYP (command run with s= TXT).
Command Format Syntax
$PASHS,USR,TXT,s[*cc]
