This command configures the interface to allow RIP control packets of the default version(s) to be
received.

12.8.11 ip rip send version
This command configures the interface to allow RIP control packets of the specified version to be sent.
The value for <mode> is one of: rip1 to broadcast RIP version 1 formatted packets, rip1c (RIP version 1 compatibility mode)
which sends RIP version 2 formatted packets via broadcast, rip2 for sending RIP version 2 using multicast, or none to not allow
any RIP control packets to be sent.
