Create or Modify Variables in the Dictionary
To open the Dictionary view select the dictionary button
. The Variable Grid
dialog box opens.
Create new variables or modify the properties of variables using this interface. You can
edit the contents of individual cells or complete rows.
When defining variables, you need to specify the general properties and, if
required, the Modbus and SOE properties.

TRUE messages.
For complex variables the wired elements set to read or write must have the
ATTRIBUTE property set to FREE and the DIRECTION defined as INPUT,
OUTPUT or INTERNAL.
