Config 2 set IP Address 2 = 10.44.200.20
When creating bindings for this network the SNCP_Workbench will be the
only network available for selection.
The SNCP_Workbench binding driver sends each binding data message over
the 10.75.104.xxx and the 10.44.200.xxx networks. Loss of one of these
networks will not result in a loss of binding data.
