The enalist takes the same format but when matches it causes the device to be specifically enabled.
If a device matches the enable list as well as the disable list the enable list will take preference.
When a device matches a list an event is written to the event log of the form...
“USB device usb-1-2.4.MSD disabled”
or
“USB device usb-1-2.4.MSD enabled”
in the case the device matches the enalist.
