Dst.IP=xx.xx.xx.xx.
This error occurs when execution of a socket open instruction (TCP_LISTEN/
TCP_CONNECT/UPD_SENDTO/UPD_RECVFROM) fails. If multiple socket numbers
are used, the number of sockets may exceed the limit. Possible IP address parameter
error.
