Incorrect slave diagnosis command parameter is entered.

Use the sub-code XX as a troubleshooting aid, clear the cause of the error and reset
the error.
⇒
Ensure the correct parameters and node address are used .

ERROR CODE E4530 DN) DeviceNet cable is disconnected.
DeviceNet cable connected to the slave device is disconnected while system switch
DN_DISCON_ERR is ON.

Reset the error in teach mode, and move the robot to a pose to enable access for
troubleshooting.

Check the DeviceNet cable and connections, repair/replace as necessary.

ERROR CODE E5000 Connected permission signal has not been turned ON.
Dedicated gun connection “OK” signal is OFF when gun connection is executed.

Ensure gun connection “OK” signal is ON, re-execute gun connection .

This error occurs when welder type setting is set to adaptive control and the weld con-
troller connected to the system is not an adaptive control type.

Ensure welder type setting is correctly set to adaptive control or constant current
control.

This error occurs when welder type setting is set to adaptive control and the 1GS board
and 1GS board software are not compatible with adaptive control.

Replace the 1GS board and 1GS board software with adaptive control components.
