ERROR CODE D2002

No response from the arm ID board.

Main causes include.
1. Defective 1KB board.
2. Defective 1KP board.
3. Defective 1GV arm ID board.
4. Defective harness.
5. Noise related malfunction.

Replace 1KB board.

Replace 1KP board.

Replace 1GV board.

Replace harness.

Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.

ERROR CODE D2003

No data in the arm ID board.

This error occurs when data is not present in the arm ID board (1GV) memory. This
error cannot be reset.

Execute the ZROBOT.ZZERO instruction and transfer the data to the arm ID board
(1GV).

Replace the arm ID board (1GV).

ERROR CODE D2004

Mismatch data in the arm ID board.

This error occurs when robot data, other than the serial number, is different between the
arm ID board (1GV) and in the processor board (1KA). This error cannot be reset.

Robot data in the controller 1KA board and robot data in the arm ID 1GV board do
not match, confirm correct data is used.

Execute the ZBLTARM_ALLSET instruction and transfer the data from the controller
1KA board to the arm ID 1GV board.

ERROR CODE D2005

CC-LINK software version mismatch.

Software versions installed in the 1HS board and AS software are incompatible.

Check 1HS board and AS software versions and reload software as necessary.
