ERROR CODE W5007

(Spot welding) Weld fault XX.

This error occurs when a weld complete signal is not received by the robot controller
from the remote weld controller (RWC), or there is an electrical malfunction with the
RWC.

Code XX:
10: Under current

11: Over current

12: Short in SCR circuit

13: SCR did not fire

14: Data error

26: No weld

Typical electrical problems include:
Fluctuation in current, faulty SCR or SCR circuit, SCR has not fired, or abnormal line
voltage.

Defective welder or weld gun.

Defective 1KA/1GS board, or interface cables.

Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.

ERROR CODE W5008

(Spot welding) Cable disconnection error XX.

This error occurs when the robot controller detects a drop in current flow from the re-
mote weld controller (RWC) to the weld gun (XX indicates the weld controller number).

Defective welder or weld gun.

Defective 1KA/1GS board, or interface cables.

Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.

(Spot welding) Internal leak XX.

Weld current data from the specified remote weld controller (RWC) is abnormal.
Short in secondary cable, or internal leak in secondary cable or weld gun.

Defective weld cable.

Defective weld controller or gun.

Defective 1KA/1GS board or interface cable.

Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.
