2.6.2 FANS ON THE BACK OF CONTROLLER

This section describes the replacement procedures for the two fans mounted on the controller

back. The upper fan cannot be seen from outside.

2.6.2.1 UPPER FAN ON BACK OF CONTROLLER

1. Turn OFF the control power.

2. Remove the six screws fixing the plate on the controller back (1 to 6 in figure below).

3. Pull out the plate, remove the connector connected to the controller, then remove the plate.

4. Remove the power line and the earth wire connected to the fan. Loosen and remove the

four screws fixing the fan, and then remove the fan.

5. Attach the new fan to the plate with the four screws, and restore the power line and earth

wire removed in step 4. Be sure to reattach the fan correctly; wind blows top to down.

6. Restore the connector removed in step 3, and reattach the plate with the six screws.
