2.3.4 1KL POWER BLOCK UNIT
1. Remove all connectors connected to the power block unit.
2. Loosen the four screws fixing the power block unit to the controller (1 to 4 in figure
below) so that the power block unit can be removed from the controller. (These screws
are not removed from the power block unit.)
3. Remove the power block unit.
4. Attach the new unit to the controller by fastening the four screws removed in step 2
correctly.
5. Restore the connectors removed in step 1.
2.3.5 1KR POWER BLOCK UNIT
The replacement procedure for the 1KR is same as that for the 1KL.

Before starting replacement work, turn OFF the
control power and wait at least seven minutes.
