ERROR CODE W5004 Weld controller XX response error.
During communication with the weld controller, data received from the weld controller
does not conform to the specified protocol.

Ensure the welder connection is established. Repair or replace weld controller and
interface cable as necessary.
⇒
Ensure the welder is operational.
⇒
Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.

ERROR CODE W5005 (Spot welding) No response from RWC XX.
This error occurs when the robot controller sends weld conditions to the remote weld
controller (RWC), and does not receive a response (XX indicates the weld controller
number).

Defective welder or welder communication cables.
⇒
Defective 1KA/1GS board.
⇒
Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.

ERROR CODE W5006 (Spot welding) RWC response error XX.
This error occurs after weld conditions are sent to the specified remote weld controller
(RWC), and the response is abnormal (XX indicates the weld controller number).
