ERROR CODE W1018 Network parameter is changed. Turn OFF & ON the control
power.
When network setting data is changed, the controller power must be cycled OFF and
ON.

Cycle controller power OFF and ON .

ERROR CODE W1019 The registered value is beyond rated load.
The moment of inertia of the tool exceeds the permitted value when the auto load mea-
surement is executed.
⇒
Ensure the tool and payload do not exceed the capacity of the robot.
⇒
Re-execute the auto load measurement.

ERROR CODE W1020 Error sector was found.
This error occurs when a defective sector is detected on a floppy disk.
⇒
The disk may be used, but it is recommend to transfer the data to a new floppy disk.

ERROR CODE W1021 The optimal posture can’t be found at present location.
When optimal configuration mode is selected, position and optimal tool posture, for
changing to linear motion, is not obtained in the current position and tool posture.
⇒ Select a different mode.
⇒ Change the robot position and tool posture and re-execute.

Slave port is offline due to master power or communication line termination.

Check the master power and communication line and repair as necessary .
When repairs are completed wait for on-line status to return (1JF board LED 1 ON).
