1. Remove all connectors connected to the power block unit.
2. Loosen the four screws fixing the power block unit to the controller so that the power
block unit can be removed from the controller. (These screws are not removed from the
power block unit.)
3. To remove the power block unit, pull it out by sliding on the fulcrum. To be safe, hold the
handle on top with one hand.
4. Place the new unit on the fulcrum, and set it in by holding the handle on top with one hand.
Then, attach it to the controller by fastening the four screws correctly.
5. Restore the connectors removed in step 1.
2.3.2 1KD POWER BLOCK UNIT (FOR D3X CONTROLLER)
The replacement procedure for the 1KD is same as that for the 1KC. However, the external
view of the power block unit is different between the 1KC and the 1KD.
