ERROR CODE W4501 FIELD-BUS) Master port OFFLINE.
Master port is offline due to communication line termination.
⇒
Check the slave and communication line and repair as necessary .
When repairs are completed wait for on-line status to return (1JF board LED 1 ON).

ERROR CODE W5001 PLC communication error.
During PLC communication through the remote I/O function, an error occurred.
Main causes include:
1. The PLC is not in run mode.
2. After the NAC (communication processor) is initialized the INIT_COMPLETE BIT is
not set ON.

Ensure the PLC is in run mode.
⇒
Ensure the NAC configuration is correct.
⇒
Ensure the PLC connection is established.
⇒
Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.

ERROR CODE W5002 Weld controller XX not connected.
During execution of the connection check sequence to the weld controller no response
is returned from the weld controller.

Ensure the welder connection is established. Repair or replace weld controller and
interface cable as necessary.

Ensure the welder is operational.
⇒
Check for noise malfunction and shield integrity.

During communication with the weld controller, no response is returned.

Ensure the welder connection is established. Repair or replace weld controller and
interface cable as necessary.

Ensure the welder is operational.
