REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE FOR 1NQ BOARD (FOR D7X
CONTROLLER)
This section describes the replacement procedure for the 1NQ board (power circuit board)
1. Turn OFF the control power.
2. Remove the power block unit. (For the procedure, see 2.3.3 1KD Power Block Unit (for
D7x Controller).)
3. Remove the 1NR, 1KP, 1KB, and 1KA boards in the card rack.
4. Remove all connectors connected to the 1NQ board.
5. Remove the five screws fixing the 1NQ board.
6. Remove the 1NQ board from back side.
7. Attach the new 1NQ board by fastening the five screws.
8. Restore the connectors removed in step 4.
9. Restore the boards removed in step 3.
10. Restore the power block unit to the controller.
