For each adapter device, set the applicable switch according to
these recommendations:
D outputs are turned off when a communication fault is detected by
the I/O adapter
WARNING
FAILURE TO SPECIFY THAT OUTPUTS SHOULD TURN OFF WHEN A
COMMUNICATION FAULT IS DETECTED BY THE I/O ADAPTER MAY RESULT IN
UNEXPECTED AND UNPREDICTABLE MACHINE OPERATION AND BODILY
INJURY.
