The reversing operation is exclusively designed for changing the direction of
rotation under special circumstances. E.g. for withdrawing the drive from a
limit position.
The reversing operation cannot be used to change the direction of rotation
during operation.

Switching over from normal operation to reversing operation:
Reversing operation has to be configured.
C0410/7 has to be connected to an
external signal source.
1. Stop both motors.
C0410/1 = LOW, C0410/2 = LOW
2. Apply the brakes if required.
C0410/3 = LOW, C0410/4 = LOW
3. Inhibit the motor starter.
C0040 = 0
4. Switch off the mains supply.
Open the contactor K1.
5. Activate revering operation.
C0410/7 = HIGH
HIGH = anti-clockwise rotating field
6. Wait for at least 1 second!
7. Switch over mains-side rotating
field.
Switch over the contactor K10 to the
anti-clockwise rotating field.
26
8. Switch on the mains supply.
Close the contactor K1.
The active rotating field can be
determined via the status signal
”Active mains-side rotating field”.
(See C0415)
9. Enable the motor starter.
C0040 = 1
10. Release the brakes if required.
C0410/3 =HIGH, C0410/4 = HIGH
11. Traverse the drive in opposite
direction.
C0410/1 = HIGH, C0410/2 = HIGH
E.g. for withdrawing the drive from
a limit position.
Switching over from reversing operation to normal operation:

C0410/3 = LOW, C0410/4 = LOW
3. Inhibit the motor starter.
C0040 = 0
4. Switch off the mains supply.
Open the contactor K1.
5. Activate normal operation.
C0410/7 = LOW
LOW = clockwise rotating field
6. Wait for at least 1 second!
7. Switch over mains-side rotating
field.
Switch over the contactor K10 to the
clockwise rotating field.
