Conventions

The Stratix 5100 Wireless Access Point/Workgroup Bridge is referred to as the
Stratix 5100 WAP, WAP, access point, or workgroup bridge in this document
This publication uses these conventions to convey instructions and information.

Command descriptions use these conventions:

Square brackets ([ ]) mean optional elements.
Braces ({ }) group required choices, and vertical bars ( | ) separate the

alternative elements.

Braces and vertical bars within square brackets ([{ | }]) mean a required

choice within an optional element.

Terminal sessions and system appear in

font.

Italics are used for user input.
