Internally mounted fans
Capacitor cabinets have internally mounted fans which are installed
and wired by Rockwell Automation (refer to Figure 2.4). The
customer only needs to install the fan hood.

Externally mounted fans and fan hood
The converter has cooling fans that are externally mounted (refer to
Figure 2.5). It is necessary to re-install and connect the fans, and
install the fan hood.
Shipped with the drive is a plate with the fans mounted and wired to
terminal blocks. On site, the fan assembly is to be mounted on the
top plate of the converter cabinet as shown in Figure 2.5.
